Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If your new threads don't fit or aren't quite what you expected, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
The "Must-Haves" for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Tags: All original tags must remain attached.
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
1. Exchanges (The Easiest Way)
Love the style but need a different size? We offer exchanges on all orders!
- Locate your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).

Note: Please do not send returns back to the address on your shipping label without generating a return request first, as this may significantly delay your refund.
2. Refunds
If you’d prefer a refund, we will credit your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for our warehouse to inspect the items and process your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Mistakes happen! If you received a damaged item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us at support@dutyboundusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
