At Duty Bound USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel to those who serve and their families. Because our products are made-to-order, we want to ensure you have clear expectations regarding when your gear will arrive.
1. SHIPPING RATES & PRICING
Shipping costs are determined by a flat rate. For clarity, our standard flat-rate tiers for the Continental U.S. are as follows:
ORDER TOTAL / TYPE
STANDARD (3-6 DAYS) - Orders under $80.00 - $4.49-$13.47 - Orders over $80.00 - FREE
2. PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
Our apparel is printed on-demand to ensure the highest quality for every customer.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or special collection launches, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.
3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimates for delivery after fulfillment are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (USA): 3–6 business days
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive an Order Confirmation via text or email, allowing you to subscribe to notifications about your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Duty Bound USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes).
6. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partners to ensure a replacement is sent out right away.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
